Expert Explains Next Steps if XRP Skyrockets to $100, Making Millionaires

Crypto veteran Armando Pantoja has broken down how XRP holders can handle life-changing gains without losing it all. If XRP ever clinches the ambitious yet much-discussed $100 price mark, many long-term holders could find themselves overnight millionaires. While that might seem like the ultimate goal, Pantoja, an investor since 2011, says sudden wealth can be as dangerous as it is exciting if beneficiaries are unprepared. For Pantoja, the problem isn’t becoming rich; it’s staying that way. Without a solid plan, he warns that most people will make emotional, impulsive decisions they’ll later regret. Based on this, he outlined the strategy he believes every XRP holder needs before the next big move. Define Your Freedom Number Before the Market Moves According to Pantoja’s wealth-building framework, the first and most critical step is calculating what he calls a freedom number. This is the total annual income one would need to comfortably fund one’s ideal lifestyle. It covers everything from basic housing and living expenses to travel, personal goals, and future plans. Once you’ve determined that monthly amount, multiply it by 12 for the yearly figure, then double it. He recommends doubling the amount, not for luxury, but as a margin of safety. Emergencies, unexpected changes, or the rising cost of living can all derail financial stability if there’s no room to adjust. Build Wealth That Lasts by Preserving Your Principal Pantoja noted the importance of not touching the original investment or principal after achieving significant gains. Instead, the focus should be on building a portfolio that generates sustainable, recurring income through avenues such as interest, dividends, staking rewards, or real estate. This strategy helps ensure long-term financial independence and allows wealth to be passed down through generations. According to Pantoja, it’s the difference between temporary riches and a permanent shift in financial legacy. Have a Written, Tested Plan in Place; Not Just Ideas Too often, people wait until they already have wealth before figuring out what to do with it. Pantoja insists that’s a recipe for disaster. He recommends documenting a clear exit strategy well in advance. Specifically, the strategy should outline how and when to take profits, where the money will go, and how it will sustain your lifestyle. Pantoja stresses that testing and revising this plan before the market booms can help prevent costly emotional decisions later. XRP Reaching $100 and Becoming a Millionaire As of today, XRP is worth $2.21. To reach $100, a growth of 4,425% would be required. At this price point, millionaires are those holding 10,000 tokens or more. While some analysts project that XRP could reach $100 as early as 2025, other industry voices see this as a more long-term aspiration, possibly by the next decade. Market expert BarriC predicts XRP could reach $100 between 2034 and 2040, depending on factors like regulatory clarity and institutional adoption. Crypto analyst ‘All Things XRP’ noted that XRP can surely hit $100 without market cap concerns. Remember that at $100, XRP’s market cap would be $5.8 trillion, based on a circulating supply of 58 billion tokens. DAG Managing Director Claver also emphasizes the importance of strategic planning and emotional discipline to truly benefit from such price surges. According to Claver, even if XRP reaches $100, it may not transform your financial situation if you make critical investment mistakes.
