BlockBeats News, October 31st, Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong stated during the Q&A session of the third-quarter earnings call, "We are currently still in the early exploration stage of the Base Network token. But the overall goal is to help 1 billion people get on-chain, and truly develop the developer ecosystem, building our ecosystem around Base. Therefore, today we will not announce specific details of the governance or distribution model, nor will we provide a clear timeline. But we will construct openly and continue to communicate with customers, investors, and regulatory agencies to ensure that we do things right."
